The main house has 2 double bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) and 1 twin room. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities with towels and robes provided for your use while staying with us. On the top floor is a very comfortable guest's lounge for you to relax after your busy day or alternatively a lovely garden with a large fish pond to while away your hours in peace.
The Lodges will sleep up to 15 people. 5 in Blencathra Lodge which is equipped with easily accessible facilities for the disabled, and 10 in Pennine Lodge which also has a double bedroom with its own wetroom and wc. Both have fully fitted kitchens, wetrooms with wc and drying rooms. Lockers are also available if required. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice and various cereals are provided and included in the price, as well as all your bed linen and towels.
There is also a large grassy area for the use of campers

Anything else you might need can be found at the village shop/post-office which offers a great choice of fare, and is only 5 minutes walk, as is the "Boot & Shoe" pub that serves excellent food and drink.
The "Cycle-Cafe" is also only a few minutes walk where light refreshments are available, they also hold workshops for various activities such as willow weaving, rug making and cookery.
Although we are pet friendly, we do not allow pets in bedrooms. We have a heated utility room to which you have access at all times with tiled floor, cosy beds and food and water bowls.
